The Dane County (Rodefeld) Landfill accepts asbestos only on the first Wednesday of each month, 7am to 1pm, at $82.10 per ton, with a completed special waste form emailed to the scale house and a printed permit. Junk removal crews don't haul it; licensed abatement contractors do.
